How to Make Gluten-free Tortillas
Simple gluten-free tortillas made from chickpea and tapioca flour batter.

01Blend or whisk all the ingredients together, using 3/4 cup water for thicker tortillas or up to 1 cup for thinner ones. 2. Heat a little oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat and pour in about 1/3 cup of batter. 3. Cook 2 minutes on low-medium heat, flip, and cook about 1 more minute. 4. Repeat with the remaining batter.
