Pumpkin Soup Recipe with Canned Pumpkin
Blended pumpkin soup made with canned pumpkin puree, warm spices, turmeric and honey.

01In a large pot, heat olive oil, add carrots, celery, onion and garlic and saute until translucent, about 5 minutes. 2. Add pumpkin puree, vegetable stock, spices and honey and bring to a boil. 3. Reduce to a simmer for 15 minutes. 4. Blend with an immersion blender or regular blender until smooth. 5. Serve as is or top with coconut milk or heavy cream.
