Gluten-Free Bread Recipe
Hearty gluten-free loaf made with buckwheat, rice, and chickpea flours bound with psyllium husk.

01Whisk the water with the psyllium husk powder until it gels and set aside 20-30 minutes. 2. Measure all dry ingredients into a large bowl and preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 C). 3. Add the psyllium gel to the bowl and knead with a mixer or by hand for 5-10 minutes until the dough comes together. 4. Sprinkle with tapioca flour if too wet or add a little water if too dry. 5. Shape into a round or rectangular loaf and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. 6. Bake 50-60 minutes, then let cool completely before slicing.
