Vegan French Toast

    Add almond butter, plant-based milk, starch, oat flour, cinnamon, vanilla, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend until well combined. Heat a flat griddle or skillet over medium low heat. Add avocado oil if using. 2. Pour the batter mix into a container with a wide flat bottom. Briefly soak a piece of bread in the batter, then flip and repeat. Lift and let the excess batter run off. Place on the griddle and cook, flipping when golden brown. 3. Repeat for the other slices of bread. Serve topped with berries or other fruit, vanilla cream, and/or maple syrup! Enjoy!
