Spring Roll Bowls
A fresh, colorful bowl inspired by spring rolls, featuring rice noodles, crisp vegetables, lean protein, and a light peanut-lime dressing.

Divide noodles among bowls and top with cooked chicken, shredded carrots, cucumber, red bell pepper, cabbage, and fresh herbs. Drizzle with dressing and toss before serving.
