    Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a small baking dish. 2. In a bowl, combine oats, milk, maple syrup, flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla, and salt. 3. Fold in the apple and half the almonds. 4. Pour the mixture into a baking dish and add the remaining nuts to the top. 5. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until set. 6. Serve warm.
