Easy Breakfast Meal Prep Bowls
Meal prep breakfast bowls with soft boiled eggs, chicken sausage patties and sliced vegetables.

01Bring a pot of water to a boil, gently add eggs and cook for 5 minutes. 2. While eggs cook, prepare a bowl filled with ice water for cooling the eggs and slice the vegetables. 3. Once eggs have cooked for 5 minutes, gently drain from the hot water and immediately place in the ice water. 4. While eggs cool, heat a lightly greased pan with olive oil to medium heat, place the frozen chicken sausage patties in the pan and heat for 3 minutes per side until browned. 5. Assemble breakfast bowls with 2 eggs, 2 sausage patties, and sliced veggies.
