Quick Apple Oatmeal

Stovetop oatmeal with sauteed apples, pecans, maple syrup and warm spices.

    Melt coconut oil in a small sauce pot, add apples and saute over low heat for 5-6 minutes until the apples start to soften. 2. Add oats, milk, cinnamon, ginger and maple syrup. 3. Stir together and cook uncovered over low heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally; at the last minute, add pecans.
