Gingerbread Breakfast Cookies

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a lined cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone liner. 2. In a large bowl mix together the dry ingredients. 3. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until everything is mixed. 4. Drop cookie dough by one tablespoon balls onto the baking sheet. 5. Bake for 15 minutes and allow to cool.
