    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and prepare a greased or lined muffin tin. 2. Blend the oats in a blender until a flour-like consistency forms. 3. Add all remaining ingredients to the blender and combine. 4. Pour the batter into the muffin tins, filling three-quarters full. 5. Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. 6. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
