Egg White Frittata (Oven Recipe)
Baked egg white frittata with bell pepper, spinach, tomatoes, and cheddar.

01Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. 2. Heat olive oil in an oven safe 8-inch nonstick pan and saute the diced bell pepper for 4-5 minutes until softened. 3. Add the chopped spinach and cook about 2 minutes until slightly wilted. 4. Add the halved tomatoes and cook another minute, then pat the veggies dry with a paper towel. 5. Whisk the egg whites until foamy, then whisk in the pepper and garlic powder. 6. Pour the egg whites into the pan with the veggies and top with cheddar cheese. 7. Bake for 16-20 minutes until fully cooked and the cheese is bubbly. 8. Cut into quarters and top with avocado and green onions.
