Blended Baked Oats Recipe

Blended baked oats layered with strawberry jam and topped with optional vanilla frosting.

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and spray a 7.5x6-inch baking dish with non-stick spray. 2. Pulse the oats in a blender until they are a fine flour-like consistency. 3. Add the salt, baking powder, milk, eggs, and vanilla and pulse until combined. 4. Spread half the batter in the prepared dish. 5. Spread the strawberry jam on top, leaving an edge visible, then top with the remaining batter. 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown on the edges and cool for 5 minutes. 7. For the optional frosting, whisk the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and spread on the cooled oats.
