Blueberry Protein Muffins

    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 12-count muffin tin with liners. 2. Whisk together the yogurt, honey, eggs, and oil until smooth. 3. Add the oat flour and protein powder one at a time, whisking to incorporate. 4. Sprinkle in the baking soda, baking powder, and salt and whisk to distribute without over-mixing. 5. Fold in the blueberries with a rubber spatula. 6. Divide the batter between the muffin wells. 7. Bake for 16-20 minutes. 8. Cool for about 10 minutes before enjoying.
