    Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and line a 12-count muffin tin with paper liners. 2. Pulse the cranberries briefly in a food processor into medium to small pieces and set aside. 3. Whisk together the oat flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and ginger in a large bowl. 4. Add the eggs, maple syrup, orange juice, avocado oil, orange zest, and vanilla; stir until there are no lumps, avoiding overmixing. 5. Fold in the cranberries. 6. Divide the batter between the muffin wells, filling three-quarters full. 7. Bake for 16-20 minutes until the tops are golden. 8. Cool fully before removing from the liners.
