Greek Chicken Spaghetti Squash Bake
Baked spaghetti squash tossed with shredded chicken, olives, artichokes, and sun dried tomatoes.

01Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and grease a 9x13 oven safe dish. 2. Slice the spaghetti squash in half, place face down in a dish with 1 inch of water, and microwave on high for 10 minutes until cooked. 3. Cook and shred the chicken. 4. Shred the cooked spaghetti squash. 5. In a bowl, combine the spaghetti squash, shredded chicken, olives, artichoke hearts, sun dried tomatoes, olive oil, and spices. 6. Mix until combined and place in the greased baking dish. 7. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes until the top starts to brown.
