    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2. Whisk together the marinade and marinate the chicken thighs for at least 5 minutes. 3. Cut the brussels sprouts and potatoes while the chicken marinates. 4. Place the chicken thighs on the lined baking sheet, reserving the marinade. 5. Toss the brussels sprouts and potatoes in the remaining marinade until coated. 6. Fill the rest of the sheet pan with the vegetables. 7. Bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes, broiling 1-2 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
