Instant Pot Shredded Chicken
Basic pressure cooker shredded chicken made with broth, salt, and pepper.

01Place the chicken breasts in the Instant Pot, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and pour in the broth. 2. Cover and set to Poultry or Pressure Cook on high for 14 minutes, or 18 minutes if frozen, with the valve set to sealing. 3. Allow the pot to come to pressure and cook. 4. When finished, release the pressure manually or naturally. 5. Remove the chicken and shred with forks or a mixer.
