Low Calorie Turkey Bolognese
Lightened-up bolognese made with ground turkey, minced vegetables, and crushed tomatoes.

01Heat olive oil in a pan over medium high heat and brown the ground turkey for 5-7 minutes; remove and set aside. 2. Saute the carrots, celery, onion, and garlic until the onions are translucent, about 5 minutes. 3. Return the cooked turkey to the pan with the crushed tomatoes, basil, parsley, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes. 4. Stir to combine and simmer uncovered for 1 hour on medium-low heat, stirring every few minutes. 5. Serve over your favorite pasta or zucchini noodles.
