5 Healthy Chicken Marinade Recipes

01In separate bowls, whisk together each marinade and pour into individual ziploc bags. 2. Place one large chicken breast in each bag and squeeze out the air. 3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or overnight for maximum flavor. 4. To bake, preheat the oven to 425 degrees F, lay the chicken on a lined baking sheet, and bake for 20 minutes. 5. To grill, cook over medium high heat about 400 degrees F for 7-8 minutes per side. 6. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving or storing. 7. To freeze, lay the bags flat in the freezer and defrost in the refrigerator 24 hours before cooking.
