In a large bowl, combine the marinade, chicken thighs, peppers, potatoes, tomatoes, olives, and onions; stir to coat and marinate for 10 minutes. 4. Place the mixture on the prepared baking sheet. 5. Bake at 450 degrees F for 20-25 minutes until the chicken is browned. 6. Top with feta and serve.
