Instant Pot Potato Soup Recipe

Blended potato soup with carrots, celery, rosemary and milk made in the Instant Pot.

    Set the Instant Pot to saute mode, heat olive oil and chop the veggies. 2. Saute onions, garlic, carrots and celery until onions are translucent, then turn off saute mode and scrape any food from the bottom of the pot. 3. Pour in remaining ingredients except milk. 4. Set the Instant Pot to sealing and pressure cook for 10 minutes on high pressure. 5. Quick release the pressure when finished cooking. 6. Stir in milk. 7. Blend with an immersion blender for smooth soup, or blend half for chunky soup. 8. Serve with your favorite toppings like bacon, chives or cheese.
