Sweet potato pizza dough
Two-ingredient pizza dough made from Japanese sweet potato and tapioca flour, cooked in a skillet.
Method

01Peel one white Japanese sweet potato, cut into small cubes, and boil about 20 minutes until very soft. 2. Let cool and mash with a fork or potato masher. 3. Add the tapioca flour and knead a couple of minutes into a smooth dough. 4. Lightly grease a skillet with coconut oil and spread the dough onto it. 5. Cook 3-5 minutes on one side, flip, add sauce and toppings, and cook a few more minutes.
