Best Gluten-Free Pizza Crust
Yeasted gluten-free pizza crust made with rice flour, tapioca flour, and psyllium husk, topped Margherita-style.

01Warm the plant-based milk until lukewarm, add all other yeast mixture ingredients, and set aside 5-10 minutes to proof. 2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl. 3. Add the yeast mixture and stir with a wooden spoon. 4. Knead the dough a few minutes, form a ball, cover with a damp towel, and rest in a warm place 30-60 minutes. 5. Preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 C). 6. Spread the dough into shape on a lined baking tray with your fingers and rest 10 minutes while preparing the toppings. 7. Mix the tomato sauce with the tomato paste and seasonings, spread onto the dough, and drizzle with olive oil. 8. Bake 10-15 minutes, add dollops of vegan cheese sauce, and bake another 10-15 minutes until crispy. 9. Top with fresh basil and cut into pieces.
