Vegan Spinach Pizza Crescent Ring

    Make the pizza dough or use your favorite dough. 2. Chop the onion, garlic, and mushrooms; heat oil in a skillet and fry the veggies with soy sauce over low-medium heat 5-6 minutes, then add the spinach and all spices and turn off the heat after 45-60 seconds. 3. Make a batch of vegan cheese sauce and stir it into the skillet. 4. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F (220 C). 5. Roll out the dough into a 10-11 inch circle and cut slits from the center outward. 6. Spread the filling onto the dough. 7. Pull the triangle slits of dough over the toppings and press onto the edge to form a ring. 8. Brush the ring with oil or vegan egg-wash. 9. Bake until golden brown, about 20 minutes.
