Tomato Rice

    Cook the rice per package instructions and set aside. 2. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat and saute the diced onion for about 4 minutes, then add the garlic, tomato paste, and gyro seasoning and cook 1 more minute. 3. Add the passata and vegetable stock powder, stir, and simmer 5-8 minutes. 4. Add the cooked rice and stir to combine. 5. Serve from a large dish or press into small bowls and invert onto plates to form rice mounds.
