Garlic Butter Pasta
Pasta in a garlicky vegan butter cream sauce with bell pepper and a hint of smoked paprika.

01Cook the pasta per package directions, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water. 2. Saute the garlic and sliced pepper in vegan butter about a minute, then add all the spices. 3. Whisk the plant milk with the cornstarch until lump-free and pour into the skillet. 4. Simmer a few minutes until thickened, then add the lemon juice, hot sauce, and cooked pasta. 5. Adjust seasonings, adding reserved pasta water for a thinner sauce. 6. Sprinkle with nutritional yeast and garnish with fresh herbs.
