Avocado Chickpea Pizza
Pizza topped with a smoky tomato sauce, pan-fried chickpeas, vegan cheese, and fresh avocado.

01Make the pizza crust and preheat the oven to 390 degrees F. 2. Whisk 1 tablespoon oil with all other sauce ingredients, spread most of it on the crust, and bake 10 minutes. 3. Fry the chickpeas with the remaining sauce and 1 tablespoon oil for 3-5 minutes. 4. Spread the chickpea mixture and vegan cheese sauce on the pizza and bake another 10-15 minutes until crispy. 5. Top with avocado pieces right before serving and season to taste.
