Garlic Broccoli Stir Fry
Broccoli and chickpeas stir-fried in a sweet garlic-ginger soy sauce, served over rice.

01Saute the onion, ginger, garlic, and all spices in oil 3-4 minutes. 2. Add the broccoli florets and vegetable broth and fry about 10 minutes until tender but not soft. 3. Whisk together the water, soy sauce, vinegar, maple syrup, and cornstarch. 4. Pour the sauce into the pan and add the chickpeas. 5. Bring to a boil and fry a few more minutes until the sauce thickens. 6. Adjust seasonings and serve alone or with cooked rice.
