Air Fryer / Roasted Chickpeas (Snack)
Crunchy spiced chickpeas made in the air fryer or oven for snacking.

01Combine all the spices in a small bowl. 2. Drain, rinse, and pat dry the chickpeas, then toss with the olive oil and salt. 3. Air fryer method: cook at 380 degrees F for about 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes, until crunchy. 4. Oven method: roast at 375 degrees F on a lined baking sheet 35-45 minutes, stirring halfway. 5. Spray with a little cooking spray, add the spices, and toss well. 6. Enjoy fresh.
