Blend the lentils with all remaining ingredients except the parsley until smooth and creamy, adding water one tablespoon at a time. 3. Taste and adjust the salt, citrus, garlic, or cumin. 4. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with parsley and a drizzle of olive oil, and serve with naan, crackers, or vegetable sticks.
