    Press the tofu for 15-20 minutes. 2. Cut broccoli into florets, slice the pepper, and mince the garlic and ginger. 3. Cut tofu into 3/4-inch cubes and toss with starch, salt, smoked paprika, and pepper. 4. Combine all sauce ingredients in a jar and shake well. 5. Pan-fry the tofu in oil over medium-high heat for 6-8 minutes until browned, then set aside. 6. Stir-fry the broccoli and bell pepper until tender-crisp, then add garlic and ginger for a minute. 7. Pour in the sauce and simmer until thickened. 8. Return the tofu to the pan and toss to coat.
