Chocolate Crepes (Breakfast)
Buckwheat cocoa crepes filled with a homemade chocolate spread and banana.

01Mix all crepe ingredients in a bowl with a whisk. 2. Heat a non-stick pan with some oil over medium heat. 3. Pour some batter into the skillet, swirl to coat the pan evenly, and cook for 2-3 minutes until you can easily lift a side of the crepe. 4. Flip the crepe and cook a further minute; add a little more milk if the batter thickens. 5. For the chocolate spread, mix all spread ingredients in a bowl with a whisk until smooth. 6. Fill each crepe with a little chocolate spread and a whole banana, roll up, and serve.
