Keto Flaxseed Bread
Low-carb flourless bread made from ground golden flaxseed and psyllium husk.

01Preheat the oven to 356 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking sheet. 2. Blend the whole flax seeds in a spice grinder until floury and transfer to a bowl. 3. Add the psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt and stir. 4. Pour in the hot water, mix with a spoon, then knead briefly by hand once cool enough. 5. Shape the dough into a round disk on the baking sheet, wet the top, and sprinkle with whole flax seeds. 6. Bake about 50 minutes until doubled in size with a golden brown crust. 7. Cool completely on a wire rack before slicing.
