Red Lentil Bread Rolls

Flourless bread rolls made from blended soaked red lentils, flax, and psyllium husk.

    Rinse the lentils until the water runs clear, then soak in plenty of water for at least 2 hours or overnight and drain. 2. Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a baking tray. 3. Blend the soaked lentils, fresh water, ground flaxseed, psyllium husk, and salt in a food processor until a sticky dough forms. 4. Add the baking soda, baking powder, and lemon juice and pulse a few seconds. 5. With damp hands, divide the dough into 4 rolls, optionally dip in seeds, and place on the baking sheet. 6. Bake 23-25 minutes, then cool fully.
