Marbled Banana Bread (Dessert or Snack)
Gluten-free banana bread swirled with a chocolate coconut batter.

01Stir the dry ingredients in a big bowl until there are no clumps. 2. Blend the wet ingredients in a food processor or blender. 3. Stir the wet mixture into the dry until just combined. 4. Split the batter, keeping two-thirds in one bowl and one-third in another; whisk the chocolate layer ingredients into the smaller portion. 5. Line or grease an 8x4-inch loaf pan and preheat the oven to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C). 6. Alternate drizzling spoonfuls of light and chocolate batter into the pan for a marble effect. 7. Bake 45-50 minutes until a toothpick comes out almost clean.
