Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Bars (Snack, dessert, or breakfast)
Soft-baked oat bars made with blended chickpeas and chocolate chips.

01Preheat the oven to 360 degrees F (180 degrees C) and line a 9x6-inch baking pan with parchment paper. 2. Process all wet ingredients in a food processor until smooth. 3. Add all dry ingredients except the chocolate chips and mix briefly. 4. Stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon. 5. Spoon the batter into the pan and top with more chocolate chips. 6. Bake 28-35 minutes until a toothpick comes out dry, then cool and cut into bars.
