Granola Cups (Breakfast, Snack, or Dessert)

No-bake granola cups filled with seed butter and topped with chocolate.

    Combine all granola cup ingredients in a bowl until the mixture sticks together when pressed, adding more liquid sweetener if needed. 2. Grease a cupcake tin or silicone mold and divide the mixture between 6-8 holes. 3. Press the mixture firmly into the pan and make a cup dent in the center of each. 4. Place a heaped teaspoon of nut or seed butter into each well and freeze for about 60 minutes. 5. Melt the chocolate chips and pour over each cup, then remove from the tray once set.
