    Wash and scrub the ginger root and chop into chunks. 2. Squeeze the orange and lime juice. 3. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until fairly smooth. 4. Strain through a fine-mesh sieve into a bowl. 5. Pour into small sealable glasses and refrigerate for up to a week.
