Aloe Vera Recharge
A soothing aloe vera drink with honey, cinnamon, and optional lemon balm, traditionally used to help support healthy blood glucose levels. Best taken in the morning, 4-6x per week.

01Combine aloe vera juice (or water with aloe powder), honey, and cinnamon.

02Add a dropper of lemon balm tincture if using.
