Roasted Garlic Date Sauce

    Add all ingredients to a mini food processor. Blend and enjoy with spiraled zucchini and tomato, on a salad, drizzled over potatoes - the possibilities are endless! 2. NOTE Preheat oven to 400 degrees. (A toaster oven works great!) On a head of garlic, remove the looser outer layers of skin. Leave the individual cloves' skin, and cut off 1/4 inch to 1/2 inch off the whole head so the tops of the cloves are exposed. 3. Drizzle a little avocado oil over the garlic head and gently rub it in over the exposed clove tops. 4. Wrap in a bit of parchment paper so it is completely enclosed. (You can also stick it on one of the holes of a muffin tin and stuff parchment paper over the top so it's covered.) Bake for 30-40 minutes and enjoy the amazing aroma that will fill your home! 5. When the center clove is able to be pierced with a fork, remove and let cool. Then push out the soft mushy roasted garlic from the bottom of the head out through the exposed top. Use in sauces, dressings, mashed potatoes, and endless other dishes! Keeps for 2 weeks in the fridge and up to 6 months in the freezer. 6. How to roast garlic:
