Zucchini Noodles & Sauce

01To make zucchini noodles, use a spiralizer to make them into noodles. Alternatively, you can buy them - many grocery stores now carry pre-spiralized zucchini noodles in the refrigerated produce section. To enjoy the most benefits of zucchini, enjoy raw and tossed with your favorite sauce. For a warm meal, heat a skillet over medium heat and add the noodles, carefully cooking for 1-3 minutes until warm. If you overcook, the zucchini will release a lot of liquid and you will have watery (but still delicious!) noodles. 2. Toss the noodles in the sauce of your choice!
