Veggie Hummus
Plant-based veggie hummus from Go Vegan For 30 Days.

01Blend the zucchini, garlic, cumin, lemon juice ad tahini together on high until very creamy. 2. Taste and add optional red pepper flakes, dill basil or cilantro if desired. You can also add sea salt if you like. 3. Serve with raw veggies as a dip. Alternatively, place in romaine lettuce leaves and top with tomato, sprouts, and scallions for delicious wraps.
