Cinnamon Sweet Crepes

    Soak the quinoa/millet for 2-6 hours. 2. Rinse and blend together. 3. Add the cinnamon and other optional spices and blend. 4. Add just enough water to cover the quinoa/millet in the blender, plus less than one teaspoon of avocado oil in the blender. Blend. 5. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat with a tiny amount of avocado oil. Once hot, pour the blender mixture on to make a very thin “pancake” (crepe). Let cook until the bottom is golden brown, then carefully flip to do the same on the other side. 6. Arrange the sliced bananas and berries inside the crepe and carefully envelope the filling, rolling or folding the crepe over the filling. 7. Drizzle with pure maple syrup, or take it to the next level by dusting with powdered sugar made by blasting raw sugarcane sugar in a high-speed blender. Enjoy!
