Homemade Oral Rehydration Drink
Evidence-based electrolyte balance (a simplified version of the WHO ORS formula) for dehydration from illness, vomiting, or diarrhea. Optional citrus adds a little potassium.
Method

01Combine water, sugar, and salt in a clean container.

02Stir thoroughly until fully dissolved.

03Optional: add a splash of orange or lemon juice for flavor and potassium.
