Sweet & Spicy Gochujang Tofu

Press tofu to remove excess moisture, then cut into bite-sized cubes.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 14 oz โ€” firm tofu, pressed • 1 1/2 tbsp cornstarch • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/8 tsp black pepper • 1 tbsp neutral oil
  • 1 whole โ€” Sauce
  • 2 tbsp โ€” gochujang • 2 tbsp soy sauce • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1 tbsp rice vinegar • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 whole โ€” To serve
  • 1 cup โ€” cooked rice • Green onions, sliced • Sesame seeds
