Spicy Mint Chutney

Add mint, cilantro, green chilies, garlic, ginger, lime juice, cumin seeds, salt, sugar, and water to a blender or food processor.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 1 cup โ€” fresh mint leaves, packed • 1 cup fresh cilantro, packed • 2 green chilies, chopped • 1 garlic clove • 1-inch piece of fresh ginger • 1 tbsp lime juice • 1/2 tsp cumin seeds • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/2 tsp sugar or maple syrup • 2 to 4 tbsp water, as needed
