Golden Glow Sauce

Add soaked cashews, roasted red peppers, lemon juice, vinegar, garlic, turmeric, paprika, salt, and sweetener, if using, into a blender.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • ½ cup โ€” cashews • 1/2 cup roasted red peppers (jarred or homemade) • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 1 garlic clove • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or agave (optional, to taste) • 1/2 tsp turmeric • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika • 1/4 tsp salt, or to taste • 1/4 cup water (plus more as needed for blending) • 1–2 tbsp olive oil (optional for extra richness)
