  • 3 cups โ€” fusilli pasta • 2 red bell peppers, chopped • 1/2 cucumber, diced • 3/4 cup fresh dill, chopped • 1/2 cup kalamata olives, sliced • 1/4 medium red onion, finely minced • 1 1/2 cups cooked chickpeas
  • 1 whole โ€” Tahini Dressing
  • ½ cup โ€” tahini • 1/3 cup water • 1 1/4 lemons, juiced • 2 garlic cloves, crushed • 1 tbsp olive oil • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar • 1 tsp ground cumin • 1 tsp sweet paprika • 1/4 tsp salt
