In a large bowl, combine green cabbage, red cabbage, grated carrots, parsley, and green onions if using.

Ingredients (for 4 servings)

  • 4 cups โ€” green cabbage, finely shredded • 2 cups red cabbage, finely shredded • 2 medium carrots, grated • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 whole โ€” Tahini Dijon Dressing
  • ⅓ cup โ€” tahini • 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard • 1 tbsp maple syrup • 1/4 tsp garlic powder • 1/4 tsp salt • 1/4 cup water (more as needed to thin)
