Chimichurri Sauce

Finely chop the parsley and cilantro by hand, or pulse briefly in a food processor.

  • 1 cup โ€” fresh parsley, packed • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro • 2 garlic cloves • 2 tbsp red wine vinegar • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil • 1 tsp dried oregano • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes • 1/2 tsp salt • 1/4 tsp black pepper
